## Intro

The future of therapeutic development requires the highly integrated marriage of science and industrial engineering to bend the time curve and deliver novel, high-value drugs—faster than ever before—to the benefit of patients around the world. Danaher, with best-in-class science, technology and robust engineering expertise, was poised to do just that. However, much of the industry was unaware of the world-class operating companies that comprise Danaher. Our challenge was to present the value of uniting those companies with a common goal under the Danaher brand. And herald a new kind of relationship with their customers at the same time.

## Strategy

We positioned Danaher with the overarching goal to reduce time-to-market of life-changing biologic therapies by 50%. Greatly accelerating what can be accomplished every day. Developing solutions no one has seen before. And driving the kind of outcomes no one has achieved before.

“Together, we see a way.” Our new campaign united the Danaher parts and pieces for the first time and used quantifiable outcomes to drive home the benefits of the union. Bold typography and stylized imagery helped create a powerful brand impact.

## Success

For the first time, Danaher Life Sciences OpCos were under the same banner in a highly collaborative way. The “Together, we see a way” campaign has just launched, and it is resonating well with both internal and external audiences as well as customers.
