The Haverford Trust Company has a long history of relationship-based wealth management. Their differentiator is people. They get to know their customers and what they are saving for, to create the right investment portfolio. Their marketing was always rooted in quality, but quality can mean something different to everyone.

## Strategy

We got to know their core audiences and what drove them to invest, and we used that knowledge to define quality. Each of these drivers was then tied back to the ownable idea of “Must Haves” that Haverford truly strives to understand. Once we brought these to life, quality became more than a word—it became a living, breathing thing.

## Success

Through our targeted campaign, Haverford strengthened its position among high-value segments, supporting continued asset growth and revenue expansion. Assets under management grew from $9B to over $10B, while quarterly net income exceeded $6M, demonstrating how audience-driven marketing can support financial performance.
