WellSpan Health employs more than 20,000 people within eight award-winning hospitals and over 220 patient care locations in central Pennsylvania.

Our team has proudly partnered with WellSpan for more than a decade, supporting a wide range of recruitment marketing efforts. When WellSpan gave their brand a refresh, the timing was right to do the same for their career site, with HireControl™.

## Strategy

WellSpan’s previous career site was good, but it had the potential to be great. It needed clearer pathways to explore jobs (beyond a search bar), dynamic content that spotlighted real employees and a seamless application experience to reduce drop-off. Especially in competitive roles like nursing, the ability for candidates to apply in 10 seconds or less wasn’t just a nice-to-have feature, it was essential.

When employer brand strategy, storytelling, and a great candidate experience come together, the results tend to follow.

The new site has also earned industry recognition, receiving an award for best recruitment marketing effort by the Public Relations Society of America.
