Aloysius Butler & Clark Receives 7 ADDY Awards
As a result of our creative work with several valued clients, we were recently honored with seven local American Advertising Awards, widely known as the ADDYs. The competition, hosted earlier in March by the Philly Ad Club, annually attracts thousands of entries from top agencies of the Greater Philadelphia area. Considered the most prestigious awards of the region, the ADDYs inspire some of the industry’s most creative work and honor excellence in advertising. AB&C was awarded two gold and five silver trophies for their work in various mediums, including print, radio, video and full campaign.
“Of course, we’re excited to be able to display these seven ADDYs on our shelves, but more importantly to us is the honor of having the industry’s largest competition recognizing us for the creative, results-driven work that we do,” said Paul Pomeroy, Managing Partner and Director of Marketing, Aloysius Butler & Clark. “We very much value these awards and the acknowledgement from the industry, but first and foremost we are motivated by our clients. We are driven by a desire not just to meet but to exceed their expectations – and this is why our company culture centers on going above and beyond, day in and day out to deliver stellar strategic thinking and creative execution.”

About the ADDY Awards
The American Advertising Awards, formerly the ADDYs, is the advertising industry’s largest and most representative competition, attracting over 40,000 entries every year in local AAF Club (Ad Club) competitions. The mission of the American Advertising Awards competition is to recognize and reward the creative spirit of excellence in the art of advertising.
Conducted annually by the American Advertising Federation (AAF), the local Ad Club phase is the first of a three-tier, national competition. Concurrently, all across the country, local entrants vie to win ADDY Awards – recognition as the very best in their markets. At the second tier, local ADDY winners compete against winners from other local clubs in one of 15 district competitions. District ADDY winners are then forwarded to the third tier, the national stage of the American Advertising Awards. Entry in your local Ad Club competition is the first step toward winning a national ADDY.
The Philadelphia ADDY® Awards annual competition is open to any individual, company or organization engaged in the creation of advertising. There is no limit to the number of entries a person or organization can enter. Entries in the Philadelphia ADDY® Awards Competition may not be entered in any other local ADDY® Awards Competition and must have been created within the Philadelphia CBSA, DMA or MSA (as defined by Arbitron or Nielsen). All entries must be submitted in the CBSA, DMA or MSA of the entrant and have first appeared in the media between January 1 and December 31, 2015.
