In the wine and spirit imports world, there are the big-time players that offer scale, reach and inventory. And then there are the smaller mom-and-pops, with the personalized attention and working relationships that the giant companies cannot touch.

The Strategy

Winebow stood uniquely between the best of both worlds. Nobody does wine and spirits quite like they do, but nobody knew quite what they do. Without a clear and distinctive brand positioning, their USP and value proposition were going unrecognized. AB&C took on the task of elevating and distinguishing their brand, while avoiding the pretention that is near-ubiquitous in the space.

The Success

Our solution? The Winebow Table. An apt visual metaphor for the “World of Winebow,” where every hand and mind that touches each product, from the ground to the glass, can come together to break bread and do business. This visual identity came to life in a brand video, a corporate identity package and brand communications—and yes, even custom-built blue tables.
