The Situation  

For more than 30 years, Blenheim Homes has been a quiet leader in Delaware’s regional residential development/construction sector. They are a local, family-run builder who values beauty, greenspace, tasteful architecture, neighborly appeal and an active outdoor lifestyle. Over the years, Blenheim Homes’ communities (primarily in Delaware but occasionally in neighboring Maryland and Pennsylvania) have received numerous awards, including the coveted Regal Awards of the Home Builders Association of Delaware. Blenheim needed assistance in building awareness of their brand as well as promoting and rebranding their two largest communities: Village at Bayberry and Ponds at Bayberry, located in Middletown, Delaware.

The Strategy  

AB&C conducted in-depth research, including homeowner focus groups, competitive in-field research, key leadership discovery sessions and quantitative surveys, which led to the new Blenheim Homes brand platform. The brand included a brand positioning, key messages, logos and hierarchy, taglines, and look/feel. Once the new brand was approved, AB&C developed three new websites: Blenheim Homes, Ponds at Bayberry and Village at Bayberry.

The Success  

Although the websites and branding were recently launched, the client has shared that their employees and current homeowners are ecstatic about the new branding and website navigation. The Ponds at Bayberry and Village at Bayberry sales offices have seen an uptick in appointments and inquiries. Results of this campaign are still pending but reaction to the campaign among residents and prospects has been overwhelmingly favorable.
